What To Expect
Consultation and first session
Your first session will include:
  • Goal setting
  • Full body posture assessment
  • Body measurements and analysis

Daily or Weekly training sessions
Training can be done almost anywhere at the most convenient location for you whether its at home, in the office, in studio's or in some of London's beautiful parks. Equipment is provided for each sessions.

Your Personal Program
After the first session you will receive a Personal Training Folder containing our agreed goals, your customised workout routine, results and information from your posture and body assessment. This will enable you to easily track your progression and monitor your goals.

In addition to your personal training sessions a full nutritional package is available, however you will receive healthy eating advice included in your Personal Training Folder.

Results and Progression
Your results will be measured and assessed regularly to ensure your goals are being achieved and as your life changes and you start to achieve your goals we will reassess your objectives.
