I started training with Anwar 14 weeks before my wedding. Since the engagement I knew that I wanted to look the best I possibly could on my wedding day so I joined the gym, after three months of training by myself I wasn't getting the results I wanted so I decided to have Personal Training. I was having personal training with Anwar both before and after I gave birth to my first child. We trained up till last week and I was straight back into training as soon as the doctor gave the go ahead. I felt confident that Anwar had the expertise to understand the changes happening in my body and that everything I was doing was being done correctly.

After changing jobs I put on several stone due to busy schedules, bad diet and lack of exercise. I began training with Anwar with the aim of losing weight and gaining more energy. My training sessions were fit around my busy schedule and Anwar also provided me with food plans that were easy to follow.
